Virginia Lodge Motel

I went on June 30th 2023. To spend the night because my friend Mario gudiel that came from jalapa guatemala. wanted to visit Washington d.c. with his wife and daughter and all I can say. It's that this motel it's excellent. Clean room, good working ac and heat. Good shower , excellent comfy night. I loved it. I loved it. I loved it. Prices fair too. I paid $93 for one night. They have plenty of parking too. Also free coffee in morning hrs, only 20 min away from Washington d.c. Definitely if you are looking for an affordable place with good rooms I recommend this place. A little bit seedy,but reasonably priced,the employees were very good,nice n helpful. The room obviously was just renovated and I think the owners are trying to fix the place up. My stay was good.

It's Old, But it works for me, Holiday inn is next door For those really concerned With Sparking clean baseboards. The Staff are Nice the Coffee Is good. Used to be a free standing Diner next door It's a Indian cuisine . Bring your own Beer and Food ,5 guys or 7/11 up the Street sells beer. $5.00 Whole pizzas This place is what it is a cheap motel, it's for those who are Grown up enough to deal with a no frills sleep & shower. I've been going there for years and never saw a Bedbug And I've always gotten a good night's sleep, The TVs work though they're NOT flat screens,I could care less, My AC worked & heating, when I came in winter, it even has a couple of farrow cats. this was in 2013 , 2014 ok, so I Couldn't say what its like now, It's great for a Family of Day travelers which, I see alot , Before they go into the City to the mall etc

I don't understand what people Expect a "Motel" to look like. Motels are designed to be low budget but sufficient for those in need. Nonetheless, I always enjoy my stay here. The rooms are not dirty. I never have any issues with my stay. The cleaning lady is very nice and always comes around with nice warm towels to replace the ones you've already used. The front desk staff are always friendly. I enjoy my small getaways. The location could be a little better for those who travel via public transportation.

Small and quaint motel on busy Route 1 going through Alexandria, Fairfax County, Virginia. They have smoking and non-smoking rooms. I stayed here one day and it was quite and restful. The housekeepers can do a better job with the cleaning. There was a leak in the bathroom that seemed to pool in the grout area of the floor tiles. All and all, it was a pleasant stay and I would visit again. Ask for Muhammad. He is manager and was very professional and hospitable. Other than that, check with Hotels.com...they had a better rate than what was quoted to me at front office. This was including taxes and fees. So since there is no loyalty program, I see no reason one should pay more.

Booked while traveling on thanksgiving, staff very nice. Checked me in early to accommodate watching football games. Has all the basics: cable, micro, freezer/fridge. Room was clean.

As someone that travels with my work. I'm in hotels most nights of the year. This is not a new hotel but rooms are big and quiet. Very clean. Furnishings are older but bed was comfy. Late night desk clerk was very pleasant. Went back to pay for second night and lady was nice also. And NO BUGS unlike other reviews on other hotels. Will stay here again if I ever venture this far out of Texas again.

I was the Uber driver for someone who was going there to meet someone up. Didn't see any windows on the rooms like other motels, interesting little spot right there on Richmond Highway. Will review further if I end up picking up or taking anyone there again.
